  • How does a fuel card work?
    • A fuel card is a payment solution that can be used to purchase fuel and fuel-related products tailored to a specific network based on your requirements.
  • Which fuel card is right for me?
    • We can tailor a fuel card account to your business needs, speak to one of our fuel card experts to find out more.
  • Who can use our fuel cards?
    • Fuel cards are available for anyone to use. Our minimum credit limit is £1000 a month, however there is no minimum usage through the cards.
  • What fuel card products do you offer?
    • We offer 4 different fuel cards on the Esso, UKFuels and Keyfuels networks. Ask our advisors about the new, No Surcharge, Profuel fuel card we have recently launched.
  • How do I order a new card?
    • Contact our account management team on 0800224224 and quote your account number and we can help order a new card.
  • Where can I find my PINs?
    • You will receive your PINs once your cards have been dispatched, these will go to the email address provided on the account.
  • What are our payment terms?
    • Our standard payment terms are Invoice plus 7 days. This means that fuel you use from a Monday to a Sunday, you will be invoiced the following Tuesday and then the direct debit will be lifted the following Monday. Non-standard terms may be available, please speak to one of our fuel cards experts to discuss your requirements.
  • How do I apply?
    • Applying is very simple, call us on 0800 224 224 and we can complete an application over the phone alternatively please find our application form attached at the bottom of our fuel card page.
  • How long does it take for cards to be received?
    • Normally we advise 5-7 working days to receive your cards once your application has been approved by our credit team.
  • No hidden fees or charges?
