Tank Tracker
Our new Tank Tracker device helps you manage your heating oil levels and takes the stress away from remembering to check yourself.
The Highland Fuels Tank Tracker allows us to monitor the oil levels of your tank remotely so you can automatically place an order when your tank reaches 35-40% capacity.
How it works
1. We will install a handy device on your fuel tank.
2. The device regularly checks your tank levels and updates our secure system.
3. We’ll get in touch with you when your fuel level drops to the pre-agreed threshold, ensuring a timely fill up of fuel.
Peace of mind
Tank Tracker provides accurate data, so you have peace of mind that you won’t run out of fuel. We will also be launching a handy app that you can access via your smartphone over the next few months.
Cost
Payment plan customers - £6.50 + VAT per month
Non payment plan customers - £9.00 + VAT per month
Terms & Conditions
Fees must be set up as a monthly direct debit or added onto your payment plan, taken on the 10th or 30th of the month. Fuel can only be purchased from Highland Fuels. We require 30 days’ notice of cancellation. Exit Fees are £96 in the first 12 months.
